Child Enrichment Center LLC Program Supervisor & ABA Paraprofessional |
The ABA Paraprofessional is a service provider who works under the supervision of the BCBA Supervisor by teaching the child on a daily basis. Their responsibility is to implement the procedures outlined by the supervisor with accuracy. Because children progress and improve in a program based on Applied Behavior Analysis quickly, the supervisor will need to update the program frequently. The Program Supervisor assists the BCBA Supervisor in training the providers and evaluating the child’s progress in treatment. To ensure that quality services are consistently provided, weekly supervision, monthly theoretical trainings, and quality assurance evaluations are provided to support our staff in their clinical skills. |
All new employees of Child Enrichment Center are required to complete and pass a 14 hour training process including practical and theoretical testing and evaluation. Our goal is to provide quality treatment services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorders. |
